Required a Sub-contract Formation Specialist by Compass Global Resourcing (CGR) for Riyadh Metro (Saudi Arabia).
Requirement:
*Applicant must possess a BS Degree in Engg./ QS/ Law/ Business (from any approved university)
*At least 5 years of relevant experience in major projects (construction industry)
*Practical contact in the formation of different types of subcontracts agreements (NEC, FIDIC, etc.) and compensation terms inclusive firm-fixed lump sum, unit rate re-measurable, cost reimbursable, target cost etc.
*Good Familarity with price adjustment provisions.
*Effective negotiation skills.
*Capacity to develop & implement value-added solutions.
*Impressive analytical skills
