Senior Structured Finance Officer 


Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking to appoint a Senior Structured Finance Officer for it’s specialized finance group and corporate sector in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Corporate and be responsible for identifying, assessing, negotiating, structuring, executing and closing structured finance transactions, responsible for achieving targeted revenues and ensuring risk exposure is well identified in order to protect the bank’s assets and participating in enhancing it’s revenue.



Responsibilities:


• Ensure credit policies and procedures of the bank are followed.
• Interact with clients on mandated transactions until financial closing.
• Ensure the delivery of financial targets on transactions within budgets.
• Execute business within the whole range of structured finance services provided by the bank.
• Approach existing and prospective customers to present them with various financial solutions.



Requirements:


• University degree in Accounting, MBA in Finance / CIA / ACCA / CPA / CFA / CA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years post graduation / qualification experience in a financial institution in the GCC.
