Job Description
Our client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and administering the rewards and benefits policies for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the salary structure and benefits provisions
- Implement, administer and manager a new payroll system
- Benchmarking salary and benefits internationally and within the GCC
- Conduct job evaluations
- Develop and implement new benefit packages
- Work with Personnel and Employee Relations to ensure strategy, process and grades with corresponding allowances are reflected and communicated in the Policies & Procedures
- Work with Career Development and HR Manager on annual increments
- Work with the HR Manager and Finance on the Long Term Incentive Plan
Education: Bachelor's Degree
