Job Description:
-Supervision & control of Administration functions handling complete facilities, infrastructure set up & maintenance and coordinating with architects for interiors for the same.
-Handling complete administration of the organization, office & assets management, look after discipline matters.
-Prepare lease agreemenst new/renewals
-Ensure effective maintenance of large sized facilities including infrastructure, buildings, HVAC/power systems and guesthouse
-Budgeting & expenditure control preparation of budgets for the department
-Travel, hotel budgets control monitor travel policies liaison with auditors
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile
-Minimum 12-15 years of experience in general administration -Skills with administration, government relations, personnel and support services is a must -Excellent English both written and verbal -Qualified and experienced in UAE will be given preference
Education Basic - Intermediate School
