Job Description :
Our client is one of the world’s most respected property facilities and asset management companies who are currently expanding their Middle East business, as a result of this they require an Auditing Manager.
We are currently seeking an Auditing Manager; the right candidate will be a Degree holder in the field of Accounting/ Finance.
Candidate must have a minimum of 7yrs experience in Internal Auditing. Candidates
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Supervise the activities and functions of the internal auditors, determining the day to day priorities and providing advice to the Chief Internal Auditor, with respect to the achievements of Internal Audit.
Facilitate the development of an Annual Operational Audit Plan that provides for the effective coverage of operations.
Lead, manage and actively participate in complex audits and reviews, and lead the post-audit feedback and validation sessions in line areas.
Liaise with line areas in relation to the timing and content of audits, manage and supervise the completion of audits and the quality and timeliness of audit reports.
Prepare comprehensive and high quality professional reports for the Chief Internal Auditor and Audit Committee.
Manage and monitor the performance of external audit providers, providing advice and feedback to the Chief Internal Auditor on their activities performance.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and appraise the adequacy of the corrective action undertaken to improve systems and procedures.
Represent and promote Internal Audit and individual audit products to Business Units and external bodies. Including representation on working group, steering committees and applicable sector wide forums.
Monitor, review, update and improve protocols and work practices.
Demonstrate personal integrity, tact and discretion and act ethically in all matters
