Operations Manager
Region: Riyadh (Riyadh)
Description:
• Align team on processing KPI’s & own results delivery.
• Lead problem solving activities for processing (syrup room, water treatment and waste water.)
• Utilize interdepartmental resources on problems which are affecting productivity and quality, and take corrective action.
• Coach and build capabilities of Supervisors to achieve objectives.
• Follow processing targets to meet the demand.
• Develop the daily processing result tracking reports.
• Support new initiatives (product, new technology…etc)
• Coach, develop, and give instant feedback to frontline personnel.
• Ensure safe operating conditions exist.
Skills:
• Engineering degree preferably in Mechanical, Chemical , Electrical or Industrial field
• 3 years experience in beverage and food industry
• Good knowledge of water treatment, waste water and syrup preparation , operations and management.
• Good communication skills
• Proficient with computer usage of excel, word and PowerPoint
• Possess leadership abilities and the capability to deal with people at all levels.
• Analytical approach to bring them into resolution
• Drive for results
