Job Description:
Job Purpose Main responsibility is to develop and document standard operating procedures. The jobholder is responsible to ensure the continuous improvement of all business processes through the definition, measurement, implementation, improvement and control of various processes throughout the organization. Keys and Responsibilities
1.To develop and document standard operating policies and procedures and any changes that occur in any or both to ensure effective evaluation and analysis of processes, components, materials, goods in process and final products for compliance with quality standards and identification of random and systematic quality problems.
2.To act as a key reference for procedure related matters, works with various business users in developing plans and policies to continuously improve processes and increase product quality and delivery while reducing costs.
3.To act as the custodian of all approved policies procedures bankwide and as central repository of all approved procedure documents.
4.To assess current processes and systems by coordinating the gathering and analysis of relevant data and make recommendations to improve them based on Quality techniques, tools and research. Monitor and assess the new processes and systems to ensure objectives have been met.
5.Implement and adopt the most appropriate organizational models that are consistent with bank’s vision, mission and goals.
6.Closely supervise and manage the Procedure Development Officer to ensure implementation, maintenance and control of documented standard operating procedures and quality records for the entire bank processes.
7.Act as the Bank’s management representative for the ISO project and be the focal point of contact with the external consultants and certification body.
8.Manage, develop and motivate procedure development staff to ensure that the department delivers the optimum and agreed levels of service.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Skills Required
:- 1.University Graduate, Business Administration.
2.Minimum 7 years banking experience in a similar internal Quality role.
3.Detailed knowledge of the Banks processes, systems and procedures.
4.Familiarity with Business Process Re-engineering techniques.
5.Strong people & project management skills.
6.God knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and research skills.
7.Strong business planning/budgeting /financial analysis skills.
8.Good PC skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Windows {latest versions})
9.Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Education
