Chief Executive Officer of Leasing, Bahrain
Our client, a prestigious Middle East based leasing company is looking for a CEO of Leasing to join its vibrant team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate who reports to the Board of Directors has to structure the entity’s sales, marketing, operations and financial departments as well as create a business plan to expand into the GCC and MENA region.
Responsibilities:
• Performance monitoring, reporting and planning the business.
• Identify opportunities, grow the business and enhance its structure to increase profitability.
• Hire new staff as well as lead and motivate a team with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Develop strategies, set up budgets and build a team with relevant experience to achieve the plan.
Requirements:
• MBA in Finance is required and additional professional certifications such as CFA /CPA will be a plus.
• Experience in capital markets, real estate, equipment leasing, manufacturing facilities and aircraft leasing is a plus.
• At least 15 years of experience in Investment/Commercial banking with last 7 years in senior management in Financial and Operating Leasing in a leasing company in the GCC.
