Job Details:
-Responsible for Departmental budgets, 20 contracted staff, project budgets and 4 in house staff
-Handling operational/facilities management and service aspects of the existing facility in addition to all the project management responsibilities for the new campus project
-Oversee and handle daily operational issues and help ensure the smooth running and management of the Operations and Campus Services
-Manage departmental contracts with outsourced partners and service providers/contractors
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical)
-Minimum 10 years of experience in building management and facilities management and 5 years in project management and construction industry
-MS office skills with basic knowlede of AutoCAD
-Proficiency in operations, contracts, building management and maintenance
-Knowledge in operational and capital budgets and accounting,project mangement, construction and contract management
