JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
• Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region.
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and new opportunities.
• Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services.
• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of the bank's loans.
• Ensure sales administration procedures are effectively implemented to support the sales teams to accomplish the sales targets
.Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of loans processing experience in the banking industry in the GCC.
• Must be currently based in UAE and should be fluent in English as well as Arabic.
