Vacancy is available in a well reputed Islamic Financial Institution for
TRAINING MANAGER.
Job Responsibilities:
= To design, prepare and tailor the Annual Training budget
= To set the training requirements according to pre
-defined strategy and approved action plans
= To follow-up registration procedures,
determine the training fees and employees'
allowances for external training Programs
= To negotiate with companies and Training Centres
to execute the Internal Training Programs
= To evaluate the Training Programs, prepare
necessary reports including the return of
Investment on the Training
= To determine employees' allowances for
external assignments
Qualification Requirements:
= University Degree with requisite specialization
= Minimum seven years experience in Human Resources
including four years in Training
= Good command over Arabic Language
