A Canadian manufacturing company immediately requires Office Administrators for their office in Riyadh.
Requirements:
> Work experience of minimum 3 years in a same position is required.
> Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English is essential.
Responsibilities:
> Answer all telephone calls
> Filing and light admin duties
> Ccoordinate shipping and receiving
> Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the office�
> Coordinating account payables and receivables
> Maintain excellent Quality of Service and customer service standards
> Data entry for invoicing, billing, purchase orders, expense sheets, work orders
> Process all cheque requests, banking procedures, and fund transfers as required
> Appropriately schedule, delegate and manage technical resources to maintain efficiencies
> Perform the day-to-day activities of accounting systems and maintain reliable accounting records
> Perform payroll duties and record-keeping for all employee and contracted personnel, including all required tax reports and deposits as required
