JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Make sure that stock is secure.
> Provide ideas to increase revenue.
> Organize displays and merchandising.
> Deals with staffing issues professionally.
> Perform market and competitor analysis.
> Manage stock movement and stock levels.
> Talk to consumers on regular basis for feed-back.
> Managing and motivating the team to increase sales & ensure efficiency.
> Make sure that quality standard, customer service, health & safety are met.
