STORE MANAGER

(Small and large format store 1000sqm-8000sqm)
 

Responsibilities:

. Complete store management (sales and administration)

. Meeting sales and cost budget

. A high standard of customer focus

. High level of operational standards and store discipline

. Monitoring competitor activity, customer feed back

. Staff training and development

. Inventory control and management

. Business process management
 

Requirement:

. Graduate with min. three years relevant experience

. Good leadership ability for cultivating team spirit
