•Project accounting, including project setup,project budgets and general maintenance of projects in the Accounting system (ERP);
•Preparing Project Progress Reports & Monthly Project Status Review Meetings
•Monthly Financial Review meetings and Monthly Financial Reporting
•Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.
•Provide financial analyses as needed,pricing decisions, and contract negotiations

Requirement:
*Bachelors Degree in Accounting
*3+ years of experience in the construction industry
*Should be fluent in English and Arabic
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*Valid transferable Iqama.
*Pakistani Nationality preferred
