Requirements:
> A certification or diploma in any related field is a mandatory. Having a university degree will be great beneficial.
> Excellent knowledge of warehousing and logistic operations and procedures.
> Ability to direct and co-ordinate immediate team members by using effective leadership skills and techniques.
> Good interpersonal and communication skills
> Excellent attention to detail with high concern for quality and order
> Knowledge and ability to use warehousing software and systems
> Experience in working within Manufacturing or Production Industry
Responsibilities:
♦ Administers daily warehouse activities.
♦ Supervises shipping as well as receiving processes inside warehouse.
♦ Monitors daily inventory status.
♦ Make sure that all warehouse activities are adhered according to the company policy.
♦ Coordinates with other departments on the issue of incoming materials.
♦ Liaises with shipping section and freight forwarding companies for outgoing shipments.
♦ Ensures timely purchase order receipt and sales order shipments on QAD system.
♦ Reports warehouse monthly metrics to PC&L Manager.
♦ Contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse.
♦ Provide support to PC & L Manager in organizing.
♦ Leading a team carrying out operational and administrative activities within the warehouse.
