*Applicants should have a recognized Engineering Degree in the respective field of work (ie, Civil or Water/Wastewater or Mechanical).
*At least 15 years of demonstrated experience and proven project management skills / techniques out of which 5 years in managing large water projects of cities or managing operations & maintenance in the field of water and wastewater systems.
*Valid Transferable iqama.
