Requirements for the mentioned Post are as follows:
• Engineering graduate preferably civil engineering qualification ASA QA practitioner certificate from a recognized QA Institute.
• Practical knowledge & experience in designing concrete mixtures.
• Practical knowledge & experience in conducting laboratory plant trial mixes.
• Practical knowledge & experience in quality tests of aggregates & the control of stockpiles.
• QA experience based on international standards such as ISO 9000, AS tm m BS and ACL
• Ability to Supervise, Direct & Train lab personnel in their work (KPA’s, KPI’s)
• Possess problem solving& decision making qualities especially in concrete mix technology& FMEA processes.
• Be able to communicate with clients in terms of the quality of concrete & other QA
