The candidate Should have a */ degree in Civil Engineering with 17-20 years experience in Building construction and should be able to handle the project independently.
The primary job responsibilities include to handle Customers and supervise activities:
• To Head the operations of the project
• Timely & Quality execution and completion of company’s construction projects.
• Being the Company’s major point of contact for all project related activities and agencies
• Manage and coordinate site mobilization! set—up activities.
• Coordination between all concerned agencies like Architects office/ Consultants/ PMC / Contractors / Supervising Staff.
• All Project related activities like Site Progress report, Costs Analysis, Billing reports, Quality management reports.
• The complete Project Cycle from Tendering to handing over of the projects. Ensure defect rectification and maintenance as required in a timely manner.
• Conceptualize, Formulate and Implement systems and process up gradation.
