Job description
1. To assist the CEO design and execute the strategic and tactical business plan with emphasis on growth, efficiency, innovation and delivery. Help the CEO in managing the organization for suitable growth and implementing business plans, annual budgets and performance reporting based on key performance indicators.
2. To provide support to all Divisions and departments in the form of the development and orchestrated process for the delivery of the company’s vision. Give input to make or adapt business plans.
3. To build a strong corporate identity, image and reputation for the Group and help position individual brands in the Group’s product portfolio to become the preferred customer choice in their market segments.
4. To advise and assist senior Departmental Heads to plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and public relations and implement sales and customer retention and development. Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budgets.
5. Help plan and manage new business development and develop the company’s brands through suitable PR activities. Ensuring core business processes are in place and are working effectively. Consolidating essential relationships with alliances and strategic partners for long term growth
6. Monitor measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements. Manage and develop direct reporting staff
Qualifications
1. Sales/Marketing oriented professional degree
2. Proven track record and successful experience in Senior Management positions
3. Well-versed in modern computer applications
