Job Description:

who is looking for a Technical Support Manager.

Qualification Requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or a

related field is strongly preferred

• Three to five years years relevant experience in sales

support, preferably in physical security

• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting

applications on Windows client OS (e.g. Windows

XP, Vista, 7,etc.) and Windows Server OS

(e.g. Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, etc.)

• Familiarity with TCP/IP based networking

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008

• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS

• Familiarity with Web Services, SOAP, and XML

• Experience installing or administering physical

security technologies such as video management,

access control, and intrusion detection systems
