Job description:
- Develop and manage the relationships with the mobile operator customer as defined by the company, with a view to fulfillment of their expectations and development of further business opportunities
- Gather the relevant information on customer requirements, developments and needs, to allow the company teams to timely foresee and develop appropriate interesting products and services and/or adapt contents
- Manage day to day communication with the customer’s contacts and escalate issues to the appropriate company officers
Skills:
The ideal candidate will have following skills and experience:
• Value Added Services, such as WAP portals, within a mobile operator in Pakistan
• Knowledge of SMS based services such as news alerts
• General experience of working within or as a supplier to mobile operators
• General experience of Value Added Services within the Mobile network industry for at least two years
• Experience of a sales or account management position
• Experience of working in Pakistan for at least 3 years
• Speak multiple languages, English required
Education:
University Degree or relevant Higher Education certificate
