Job Description:
•To verify all contracts entered by company or any affiliates with our legal representatives to ensure all legal requirements are met •To verify terms of MOUs, NDAs and other documents to ensure compliances. •To liaise with external law firm to provide guidance on contracts •To represent the company on some of the legal matters at court hearings, legal proceedings as per our legal law firm directors •To validate all contracts to ensure necessary amendments suggested by law firm have been incorporated in the contract.
Profile:
Graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Must have passed the Bar Examination or Licensed to Practice Law Exposed in Corporate Matters, Intellectual Property Rights, Patents, and other legal matters pertinent to commercial laws, obligations and contracts Bi-lingual (Arabic & English) Strong Knowledge & Applications of UAE laws and regulations related to commerce and businesses.
