Job Description:
> Experience of conducting training needs analysis and face-to-face training is essential.�
> Having coaching experience will be beneficial.
> Able for designing, coordinating and delivering training to meet the client's objectives.
> Maintaining the company's quality standards either within a fixed term contract or permanent contract.�
> Should have strong communication skills
> Able to relate to staff at all levels
> Should be able to encourage and motivate people
> Should possess excellent organizational, presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
> Able to plan ahead and manage your time
> Should be able to write reports, keep records, and work within budgets
> Identifying the required training solution through training needs analysis.
> Designing tailored solutions to meet the objectives and structuring and producing training materials required to deliver training.
