Job Duties (Main) :

-Initiates and oversees property related contracts to include buying, selling and leasing, payments collections, routine maintenance repairs, and capital replacement processes.

-Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
