A leading diversified business development consultancy in Gulf is seeking for a Support Service Manager to join its crew in KSA. Applicants should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration / Public Administration. Preference will be given to applicants with Master's Degree relevant discipline. Work experience at least 10 years in administration or management position in the GCC is required. Should possess knowledge about Saudi market. Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic is required.
Responsibilities :
> Support Case Managers to develop project plans and ensure delivery of projects and initiatives on time.
> Overall administrative management to ensure all units work in sync with each other.
> Assist with the preparation of budgets and ensure expenses are in line with the set budget.
> Guide and manage the tasks of HR Coordinators and prepare periodic reports outlining key HR activities.
> Develop the Performance Management System and the Compensation & Benefits system to ensure a fair and consistent pay.
> Identify and assess training and development needs within the company and accordingly organize for a wide range of training activities.
