A leading provider of International Contact Centre Solutions is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a professional accounting qualification, MBA or similar.
> Senior financial management experience of five years in a commercial organization.
> Preference to applicants with experience in BPO/Service/IT business, in the GCC.
> Need proven experience in handling large and complex contractual negotiations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Ensure the organization meets all financial and employment statutory standards and regulations.

> Take part in the development and execution of the group strategy with particular responsibility for the Finance, Commercial, HR, Procurement, Legal and Business Administration strategy.
> Providing support and financial input for all client acquisition and client development activities including cost and pricing models, SLA’s etc.
> Make sure that the appropriate policies and standards are set and adhered to.
> Ensuring that strategies are consistent with prudent financial and HR practices and meet the reporting requirements of the partner companies.
