Job Purpose -
Apply principles of accounting to maintain the Books of Accounts
Key Responsibilities-
Preparing/Receiving sales invoices; Checking with PO/DO/Contracts.
Contacting Clients/Customers for collections; preparing statement of accounts; receiving funds; issuing receipts and depositing into Bank
Reconciliation of all bank accounts.
Receiving Supplier Invoices; Checking with LPO/Quotation; Preparing cost sheets; Receiving statement of accounts and confirming with our books of accounts; Making payments by due date
Updating Books of Accounts and maintaining physical files/records
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements
Maintaining Petty Cash
Preparing Daily Reports on Funds Receipts/Issues
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Accounts with minimum 2 years of experience
Skills-
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
Able to work independently, but promotes effective team working.
