Sales Associate - InStyle Villas

Background:
InStyle Villas is a luxury villa rental business currently addressing villas in Greece and Spain. The business has been advertised in Condenaste and other prestigious magazines worldwide and since its re-launch in March this year it has been facing phenomenal growth with unique visitors in the web site (www.instylevillas.com) and requests doubling daily. InStyle Villas has engaged in Joint Ventures with prestigious companies that do daily helicopter tours in Greece (‘visit most of Greece’s ancient beauties in one day with a helicopter – leaving in the morning and landing in various sites such as Crete etc) and prominent wine tasting events. In addition, InStyle Villas organizes Yoga retreats and Wedding Planning in its portfolio villas and scuba diving excursions.

Job Description – Sales Associate:
• Seek new villas for the portfolio
• Participate in brainstorming sessions
• Respond and treat client requests
• Support marketing activities
• Support event organizations and planning
• Assist Join Ventures and coordinate activities
• Follow up Facebook, Blog, LinkedIn and social media impact on the business
• Suggest quality improvements
• Participate in service and CRM management seminars
• Provide support with descriptions and suggestions
• Support the client relationship through aligning with concierge services and luxury service demands
• Coordinate with Yacht hiring and other cooperating partners
• Follow up with client satisfaction surveys

Expected Work Conduct:
• The sales associate will be under direct management of a senior team
• Clear training will be given and ongoing monitoring and support
• Skype project management calls take place on a daily basis
• Brainstorming sessions take place once a week, with participants from the various countries
• All external emails require cc or bcc a senior member of the staff
• The senior team consists of luxury tourism experts from different countries and prestigious establishments as well as managerial support from managers of top financial institutions with MBAs and solid track-record coupled with entrepreneurship mentors
• The processes are standardized to the extend possible and clear steps are to be followed in each action
• Creativity and suggestions are encouraged and new ideas are rewarded and quickly implemented as has been done in the recent past
• Compensation includes 20% of ISV profit on each booking and 10% of the each booking for new villas added to the portfolio for this season

Requirements:
• Bilingual – English +1 more language
• Motivated individuals
• Well travelled a plus
• Diploma in tourism / hotel management / related degree
