Marketing Representative Oil & Gas (m/f) for our Technical Marketing Development Program

Objective: This employee will begin a 2-3 year development program in the US before returning to Dubai to serve as the Caterpillar Marketing Representative for the Oil & Gas division. The development starts with a 4-month Marketing Training Class in Peoria, IL USA at Caterpillar’s global headquarters. Following the training class, employees will enter rotational assignments in the US for approximately 2 years tailored to the Oil & Gas industry career path. Rotational assignments will be focused on developing industry and product application knowledge as well as a strong understanding of the Caterpillar Dealer network. After being fully developed for the role, this employee will return to Dubai to serve as a Marketing Representative in the Oil & Gas division.
