Here is the detailed job description for the same.

Job location: Saudi Arabia - Jeddah 

Designation:- Assistant Payable controller

Purpose of the job

Manage, execute and administer all payments of the company, in accordance with the financial and payment policies & procedures, and ensure the continued compliance of all internal controls.

Key Accountabilities

1. Payment Execution

Timely process payments of all approved invoices supported with purchase orders, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the purchase order and withthe payment policy.

2. Internal Controllership

Assist the Payable Controller to develop and maintain all internal controls and adherence to company policy and procedures. Ensure that all company bank accounts are adequately funded as per payment requirements.

3. Management Reporting

Assist the Payable Controller in forecasting and managing cash flows in accordance with defined targets and management’s expectations.

Job Requirements

·         Educational level: Bachelor degree / diploma in accounting

·         Minimal experience: 2-5 years

Languages: English, Arabic
