Direct Hire / Special Contract MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Minimum HNDor a Bachelors in an Engineering
discipline. Highly computer literate. Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil& Gas industry experience.
Experienced in conducting job training and competency assessments. Should be fluent in verbal and
written English Language. Must have excellent presentation / interpersonal skills, and well
organized. Age Maximum 50 years. Role: Provide on job coaching guidance and support to the Graduates
in selected disciplines to complete Competency Assurance Management Program. Provide guidance and
support to front line staff in critical roles to demonstrate their competency in their respective
roles. To provide guidance and support to Assessors in performing the assessment of the candidates
in accordance with relevant international standards Salary: US$500 to US$650 per day worked ( all
inclusive) Candidates who are available immediately and locally forward your resume
