JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

-candidates must have Experience within a similar operation.

-Strong personality and Supervisory / management experience to lead a team of more than 8 Chefs

-Good knowledge of various areas of Japanese cooking, especiary sushi.

-Advanced culinary and creative skills with applied knowledge of modern cooking methods
