Applications invited for the post of SECURITY COORDINATOR SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY: The role of the Security Coordinator Supervisor will be to supervise the integrated security and traffic management services, to meet the agreed service level standards. To lead and motivate the team of security staff in their day to day security operational services. To monitor the outputs of the security sub contractor

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• To manage the operations being provided by the security service subcontractor ensuring day to day service delivery is maintained. 
• To manage the Salto Access Control System Software 
• To manage the issue of Access Permits and Vehicle Permits 
• Ensuring service level agreement and staffing levels are maintained 
• Ensuring all staff are trained using the latest legislation and best practise 
• Continually review and develop the security service 
• Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude 
• Issuing work instructions to staff within the security department 
• Compilation and provision of monthly reports

Skills:

KEY SKILLS:
Excellent knowledge of Security systems 
Security supervisory/management training 
Fire safety awareness 
Risk analysis 
Good understanding of Health & Safety

Desirable: 

The appointee should have a minimum of 2 years security supervisory/management experience. 
Knowledge and operational experience of CCTV Systems 
Knowledge and operational experience of Access Control Systems 
Knowledge of Arabic language.
