Job description
Carry out project feasible studies to advise the Works manager. Prepare and develop a conceptual design of the proposed project to meet the requirements of the end user including cost estimates. Prepare the tender documents that include scope of work, drawings, technical specifications and bill of quantities for contactors to understand the project better. Undertake tender pre-qualification and analyze tenders for evaluation in order to recommend suitable tender. Also contribute towards tendering negotiations to award the contract.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil ).
- Should also have had experience as a construction field supervisor, quantity surveying and designer of small to moderate civil projects.
- Requires leadership qualities, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills and sensitivity in advising.
- Requires well developed planning and organization skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- A good working knowledge of both oral and written English.
