Due to the Group strategy and the growth of our operation we are seeking very good potential personnel for the following positions:
HEAD OF FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT
The Role:
• Overall development activities responsibility for directing development, management and control of finance activities, Financial and management reporting and administration matters, revenue control, budgeting and forecasting for alt Tashani Group Companies
• Oversees financial and accounting system controls and standards, in conjunction with the Managers and consolidates all financial statement at the Holding Company level
• Ensures the timely preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including work in progress schedules, receivables aging, projected billings and additional report required by Al Tashani Holding management
• Approves major purchase & inventory items as per his delegated authority
• Oversees all audit activities and work with the external auditors to address operational improvements and recommend actions identified as part of the annual audit Provides direction and assistance to other subsidiaries regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures, and efficient control and utilization of financial resources.
Requirements:
• Must be MBA/CPA or equivalent degree in banking, finance or related field. a recognized professional accounting qualification such as FCA.
• 5-7 years managerial experience in Finance.
- BAHRAINIS ARE PREFERABLE.
