Job Description:

                   The candidate is expected to be responsible in the teams’ day to day performance and make sure that quality and KPI’s are fully delivered and met on time.
 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in contact center
  •  
  • Must be fluent in BOTH ENGLISH and ARABIC
  •  
  • Diploma/University degree graduate of any discipline
  •  
  • Excellent in interpersonal, communication and computer skills
  •  
  • Champion in customer service skills
  •  
  • Willingness to work on irregular and flexible duty schedules 
  •  
  • Experience -3 - 10 year
