HEAD OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Our Client a Government Oil and Gas Company is requiring a Training and Development Head. Responsible for planning, directing or coordinating the training and development activities of staff in the organization. Delivering of training and development policy and strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the company. Must have a BA in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 8 years of broad experience in Training and Development. Knowledge of and experience with multiple learning delivery channels. Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
