JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

* Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University

* Minimum 10 years experience (min. 3 years in the Middle East) in building             construction

* Possess working knowledge of local and international specifications and appropriatetechnical background and ability to control the Contractor’s conformance with Contractdocuments including drawings and specifications

* Holder of Grade “A” Certificate from Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning 

* Must be computer literate and conversant with design programmes

* Fluent in English and have writing skills
