JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience of documentation, correspondences and filing systems.
• Coordinate with the department staff members, transfer the head of department
instructions and to the department staff members, document them and follow up.
• Control the output production of drawings and documents, printing and plotting.
• To plan & develop the frame work of duties and tasks.
• To use the principles of communication.
• Prepare the required reports, follow up the head of section instructions, prepare
the minutes of meetings and follow up with attendees. Other Duties
• Reporting to head of design.
• Managing and control the department correspondences and documentation works.
• Coordinating with other staff members in the design team.
Knowledge Requirements:
• Computer knowledge, MS Windows and Office applications.
• Business or administration diploma graduate with a minimum
of five (5) years experience in handling documentations and correspondences,
Computer software’s ability.
