Our client based in Kuwait is looking for Senior Invoicer in Marine Department for their firm. The candidate must have
certificate as commercial diver and be medically fit. Minimum 5 years experience is required in shipyard or naval
establishment. He is responsible for the preparation of competitive commercial and technical bids for all types and sizes of
vessel repairs, prepare projects repair schedule, follow up and negotiate (Includes dry docking, mechanical, steel, piping,
electrical, hull coating works and all other onboard works) projects. Prepare, negotiate and finalize both short and long
term dry-docking / ship repair agreements, from enquiry stage to contract realization. Contact and liaise with various
divisions inside yard, ship owners, brokers, agents, Govt. agencies, industry organizations and shipping agents etc. Must be
able to work under stress and for longer hours to meet strict contract deadlines. Integral in development of tendering /
estimation system during shipyard computerization, which results in making the system more user friendly and significant time
