• Good command of Arabic and English language
• To assist in setting up the PMO office that will cover the governance of all key projects
• To develop a catalogue of tools and templates that support world class project delivery
• To assume the role of “mentor” to project managers focusing on best practice with regard to project management methodology
• To be responsible for developing project management capability across the organization through building a capability profile of the project management
community and in response developing an ongoing training program to build and develop world class skills
