Job Description:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES • Candidate should be graduate in any discipline • Two to Three years of experience in any concept or interior decoration or product related sales.
Profile:
• Job Responsibility : • Primarily a Marketing profile with definite sales targets, evaluated every quarter & annually. • Job responsibility involves identifying new potential clients coming up with Retail showroom, coffee shops, restaurants & other specialized creative interior projects • Conduct meetings with Architects, interior designers, project consultants & Retail chain owners for upcoming new retail projects. • Analyse the client requirement accurately, prepare tender/quotation along with the estimation dept & in-house interior suppliers. • Negotiations & Finalizing the interior contracts. • Clarify all technical detailing of the project along with design & project team • Coordinate with the projects team for successful on-time completion of the finalized interior projects. • Payment follow-ups. • For assistance to Sales team, we have a project team headed by a project manager, a design team with architects & designers, a coordination team consisting of project & sales coordinator & a sales team of Business development Executives.
