HYDRAULICS TRAINER / FLUID ENGG. LECTURER

Our client, a leading Fluid Engineering Company in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Hydraulics Trainer / Fluid Engineering Lecturer. Job responsibilities: plan, schedule and deliver lectures on fluid engineering and ensure trainings courses are developed to their highest potential. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 - 6 experience in Engineering Training and Development (Hydraulics preferred). You will have experience in delivering technical lectures especially in fluid engineering environment; fluid engineering products, services and application. You will identify training need analyses, competencies, KPIs and international standards applicable to trainings; be commited to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment (QHSE). You must possess knowledge of various international quality and other standards; advanced training techniques and have the ability to plan, schedule and prioritize activities.
