JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

BE (CIVIL Engg.) degree

15-20 years experience especially in high rise buildings with proven track record as profit centre.

Should have leadership qualities to lead a team of professionals.

Experience to cover sales, tender estimations, contract negotiations, latest construction techniques, contracts management as well as budgets & forecasts.

Should be computer literate in MS office, ms project and AutoCAD.

Gulf experience preferred.

Candidate should have good communication, interpersonal skills, strong commercial acumen and leadership qualities.

Age limit: 40-50 years
