As their extensive product portfolio is a success within a niche segment of the market, they need a strong CRM Manager who will manage the service aspect of the after-sales. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Customer Relationship Manager that will be responsible for the following
Marketing services, creating / implementing and maintaining customer service strategies and policies for the organisation, in line with the company culture. You will take part in project developments and training processes regarding after-sales and develop staff throughout the boutiques within the UAE. You must ensure service lease agreements are maintained and customer satisfaction is upheld. You will also be expected to manage P&L for customer service and apply necessary action plans to reach targeted indicators set by the Retail Manager. To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years with previous experience in a luxury brand, have a dedicated and enthusiastic approach to your work and be able to work autonomously. Flexibility in hours is vital, as you will be required to attend private events to ensure customer relations are maintained at VIP level.
