Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
A minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a commercial laundry handling daily 5 star hotel loads of no less than 70,000 to 100,000 pounds.
Familiarity of laundry chemicals, washing & dry cleaning detergents and programming of equipments.
The ability to complete daily productivity reports for all the different departments in a commercial laundry.
The ability to pre-plan daily / monthly duty rosters for the different departments.
To complete documented preventive maintenance programs for the plant / laundry equipments.
The ability to conduct training courses for all the in-house operational personnel, and to complete training manuals for all the respective departments.
The ability to co-ordinate with the superiors / line managers / team leaders, to ensure the equipments’ benchmark productivity.
The ability to introduce laundry software programs that will assist in monitoring the plant’s daily productivity per machine per worker.
Engineering & Boilers basic maintenance background will be an added advantage.
