Minimum Requirements: University degree in BSc or equivalent and MIS degree is an added advantage. Strong Project Management skills. Understand application architecture. Min 6+ full lifecycle SAP HR R/3 implementations and 10+ years of industry experience. Hands on ABAP programming ad SAP workflow configuration experience related to HR. Implementation experience on my SAP HCM, e-recruiting and Talent Management solutions. Strong background in DI/OC integration and all configuration related to HR. Role: Responsible for system configuration and testing and creating all associated configuration documents, test scenarios and results. Provide gap analysis for SAP solutions and creating functional specifications for enhancements/ modification.
