The Royal Garden Hotel urgently needs the services of devoted and hardworking Housekeeping Supervisor.
Description:
Main tasks and responsibilities of the employee operations:
Monitor and Evaluate performance of housekeeping staffs.
Recomend new staff hiring according to requirement.
Visit rooms and ensure that the housekeeping work is done to perfection.
Train new staffs per requirements for the hotel.
Along with the housekeeping manager, act as a liaison between housekeeping department and the hotel management.
Perform customer service duties.
Ensure that customer are satisfied with housekeeping by providing efficient and professional housekeeping service.
Shedule cleaning activities in the hotel.Allot responsibilities to housekeeping staffs.

Qualifications/Education & Languages/Desirable Skills:
Hospitality experience
strong guest orientation Highly responsible. At least one year experience in the international hospitality industry
Previous experience in a similar role is essential with 5 star hotel/resort exposure highly desirable.
English is preferred.
Any other language is most welcome.
