Job description
To conduct the corrugated cartons quality analysis.
To manage the resolution of customer's complaints and claims relevant to quality.
Documentation and follow up of preventive action plans.
To do the statistical analysis of the process.
To provide the technical service to Customers and Sales team.
To ensure the ISO-9001 system implementation.
To do the incoming raw material analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience in quality process implementation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications.
